Description: A new forty story residential building shich includes five hundered and fifty apartments, two stories of commercial space, and an underground garage.

Services Provided: A complete installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning system as per plans and specifications.

Heating System: The system consitis of gas/oil fired low pressure steam boilers, constant low pressure steam for commercial space and a Vari-Vac steam system for apartments.

Cooling System: Incremental units for the apartments and self-contained water cooled air conditioning units for commercial space and residential lobby are utilited for cooliing.
