Services Provided: A complete installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning system as per plans and specifications

Heating System: High-to-low steam pressure reducing station, steam-to-hot water converters, hot water for two pipe modular high-rise fan coils serving apartments, constant low pressure steam for central air handling units serving common areas.

Cooling System: Water cooled chillers, two pipe fan coil units with dual heating/cooling coils for apartments, air handling units with cooling coils and split air cooled package air conditioning units for common areas.
