Heating System: A gas/oil fired low pressure steam boilers, constant low pressure steam for commercial space, Vari-Vac steam system for incremental units serving apartments, gas fired rooftop air conditioning units for corridor air supply.

Cooling System: Incremental units for apartments, rooftop air cooled air conditioning for corridor supply, self-contained water cooled air conditioning units for retail and common spaces.
