Description: 55 Water Street is the largest privately owned building in Manhattan. The 14th floor plant room consists of three 3500ton Carrier DA steam driven chillers, two electric 2000ton Carrier 19EX chillers and one electric 2000ton Carrier 19FA parallel drive. FMCS has successfully completed a number of system upgrades; these include Installing Fisher VBall control valves to the turbines, automated load nozzle valves, subcooler level control, Allen Bradley HMI screens and control panels and redesigning the oil return system for the parallel drive.
