Description: The building had two York YK turbine drive chillers, the chillers were controlled by a localized chiller control panel, ISN CodePak Control Center and a central ISN DDCC controller, both ISN products are now obsolete and difficult to service and provide spare parts. FMCS replaced the ISN control system with a York Steam Turbine OptiView control panel. This has given the chillers better part load efficiencies and true variable speed control. The client had a number of problems with oil line breakages due to the high pulsation energy from the fixed speed oil pump; this was addressed by adding a pulse pot to the oil supply line.
