Services Provided: Complete installation of a value engineered new 7,300 ton chiller plant and modernization of existing 2,600 ton refrigeration plant.
 

Cooling System: A new hybrid central chiller plant located in the basement.  Includes two 1,850 ton gas engine driven centrifugal chillers with parallel electrical drives, one 2,100 ton electrical centrifugal chiller and one 1,500 ton steam driven centrifugal chiller.  Chilled water is distributed to existing central air handling units by a primary-secondary pumping system.  A water side econimizer is utilized for "free" cooling.
