Description: A new forty-two story office building - 845,000 square feet includes offices, retail space and meeting rooms.

Services Provided: Complete installation of heating and air conditioning system as per plans and specifications.

Heating system: A central heating plant that includes a pressure reducing steam station to provide low pressure steam for domestic hot water heaters, air handling units, steam-to-hot water heat exchangers and unit heaters. Hot water is utilized for fan-coil units, a radiant floor heating system and perimeter fin tube radiation.

Cooling System: A central cooling plant that includes two 1,200 ton and one 400 ton electric centrifugal chillers located in the basement, a four cell cooling tower located on the roof, three plate & frame heat exchangers utilized for "free cooling", tenant's condenser water system fan coil units and radiant cooling floor system. All water-cooled air conditioning units will use a R-410a or R407c refrigerant to meet the requirements for LEED Certification (Green Building). All chilled and condenser water pumps are equipped with Variable Speed Drives to optimize energy consumption.

Humidification System: Steam-to-steam humidifiers integrated with a Building Management System (BMS) are installed in field assembled air handling units supplying air into each floor.
