Services Provided: Furnish and install; a 3000 ton chiller plant, two 12,300 MBH Boilers, four 2000 GPM condenser water pumps, four 1700 GPM chiller water pumps, three 800 GPM primary hot water pumps, three 800 GPM secondary hot water pumps, and thirteen CRAC units for the data center.

Heating System: Two 12,300 MBH natural gas fired fire tube boilers for the constant primary, variable secondary heating system.

Cooling System: Three1000 ton chillers providing chilled water for the fan coil and blower coil units for the under floor air distribution system, and providing chilled water for the CRAC units for the data center.

Energy Conservation: The building is seeking LEED Gold Certification.
