Description: Twin tower fifty-four story, mixed development. The first five stories contain luxury stores and restaurants. The towers house a five star 249 room hotel, 203 luxury condominiums, office space, Lincoln Center Jazz Center and underground parking for 548 cars.
Services Provided: A complete mechanical installation of three HVAC machine rooms as per plans and specifications.
Cooling System: Four 1750 ton chillers, one 1400 ton chiller, two 850 ton chillers, eight plate & frame heat exchangers and forty-six centrifugal pumps with variable frequency drives. Also installed were one 5-cell and one 4-cell cooling towers.
