Services Provided: Construction of new a boiler & chiller plant building to provide heating and cooling to the main facilities building. Installation of two chillers, three LP steam boilers, two new 15,000 gallon fuel oil tanks, two cooling towers, five pumps and all associated piping. The structure was erected by Anthony Russo Inc. as thhe civil subcontractor. Fresh Meadow Electrical Contractors, LLC. did the electrical control system.
