Description:

Fuel Oil Fired 80 Megawatt (MW) Electric Generating Facility (Peaking Unit) located in Shoreham, NY. Comprised of two (2) General Electric, LM6000 SPRint Gas Turbine Generators coupled to Deltak Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Units and stacks respectively with the following supporting systems:
Spray Intercooling (SPRint) Water, Ammonia Injection, Spray Mist Evaporative Cooling, Continuous Emissions Monitoring, Demineralized Water, Fire Protection Loop, Lubricating/Hydraulic Oil, Fuel Oil Supply Piping including Fuel Oil Storage Tank Erection, pump skids and accessories, Waste Water, Effluent Sumps

Services Provided:

Rigging, complete centerline erection and alignment of all major pieces of equipment. Furnished and installed all pipe, valves, fittings and associated hardware for Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment. Coordinated services of multiple trades including Millwrights, Boilermakers, Plumbers, Steamfitters, Operating Engineers and Laborers, and provided continued site support through intensive system flushing and startup until final commercial operation.
