Services provided: Complete installation of Value Engineered heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Heating system: High-to-medium-to-low steam pressure reducing station, steam-to-hot water converters, hot water for 4-pipe horizontal fan coil units serving guest rooms, constant low pressure steam for central air handling units serving common areas.
Cooling system: Water cooled chillers, 4-pipe fan coil units with cooling coil serving guest rooms, central air handling units with cooling coils serving common areas.
Indoor air quality (IAQ): Filtered, preheated or pre-cooled outdoor air centrally supplied into each guest room.

The implemented Value Engineering reduced the cost and duration time of construction as well as the energy consumption.
