Services Provided: Complete installation of heating, air conditioning, and steam sterilization services as per plans and specifications.

Heating System: Central heating plant located on the 12th. floor consists of three (3) 400 HP Cleaver Brooks water boilers and one (1) 125HP water boiler. These boilers feed hot water to the perimeter fin tube heating systems, vav boxes with reheat coils, and to the Built-up Air Handlers located on the 7th. and 12th. floor machine rooms. In addition, hot water is supplied to the domestic water heat exchangers.

Heat recovery system: Heat recovery coils are located in the Built up Air Handling and General Exhaust on the 7th. and 12th. floors.

Steam Sterilization: Two (2) 300HP Cleaver Brooks 125psi boilers located on the 12th. floor boiler room, provide steam to floors 2 - 13 for laboratories.

Cooling system: Central cooling plant located on the 12th. floor consists of three (3) Trane Chillers, feeding chilled water to the Built-up Ait Handlers located on the 7th. and 12th. floors.
