Services provided: Complete installation of heating and air conditioning systems as per plans and specifications for the three major mechanical equipment rooms.
Heating system: Installed new high pressure steam reducing station to provide low pressure steam for steam to water heat exchangers for the reheat coil systems. Provide low pressure steam to heating coils in 40 central air handling units on the two cellar and 9th floor mechanical equipment rooms. Provide low pressure steam to domestic water heaters.
Cooling system: Tapped central cooling plant chilled water system and extended in new building. Provided chilled water to 40 central air handling unit on the two cellar and 9th floor mechanical equipment rooms, including new pumping station.
Emergency generator system: Provided new fuel oil system to (3) generators including generator exhaust system up through building to main floor.
