Boiler and Chiller Replacements

Remove (2) 2,000 ton steam driven chillers and replace them with (4) 1,400 ton electric driven chillers, remove (3) 500 horse power high pressure boilers and replace them with (3) 500 horse power low pressure boilers, install a new 1,299KW diesel emergency generator, and furnish and install new switch gear and feeder cables to supply power to the new equipment.
