FMMC New Projects

October 22, 2012 - Fresh Meadow Mechanical Corp. (FMMC) has been recently awarded the following projects:

NYU Langone Medical Center Energy Building and Cogeneration: The scope of work includes the Energy Building core & shell HVAC work and wet-side piping mechanical installation, and the cogeneration equipment mechanical and integration installation.

Con Edison 74th Street Station Gas Piping: The scope of work includes fabrication and installation of the new gas piping from street point of entry to the existing boilers, and rigging and installation of pre-purchased equipment and valves.

Beth Israel Medical Center chiller upgrade: The scope of work include the turnkey MEP installation of two York centrifugal chillers, new building enclosure, Marley cooling tower, and piping and associated pumps on the roof of the existing Dazian building.

Columbia University Manhattanville Central Energy Plant: The scope of work includes the boilers, boiler breeching and stacks, chillers, cooling towers, complete airside and ventilation, gas service, and associated rigging, pumps, and piping.

Citibank 390 Greenwich: The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and emissions testing for 24 exhaust catalysts for Citibank’s diesel engine generators.

Trevor Day School: The scope of work includes the installation of underground and pile foundation encased geothermal piping.

World Trade Center Tower 4 Water Feature: The scope of work includes the installation of Delta Fountains supplied landscape water fountain and associated equipment, controls, and piping.
